Reducing Stress During the Holidays

The holidays, combined with the end of one year and start of a new year, can be stress inducing for startup Founders and leaders. There is so much to do, yet you and your team deserve time away to be with friends and family with time to celebrate. This is a good time to reflect, and recharge.

  1.  Start with setting realistic goals and expectations for the next 3 weeks for you and your team.

  2. It is a wonderful time to take a few pauses and gain perspective on the past year and look forward to the new year.

  3.  Take time to celebrate the holidays and new year, do not let work take away from this amazing time.

  4. Bonus Tip: Make a 2025 “yes” list of priorities for next year and a “no” list of things you want to let go of for next year.

  5. Bonus Tip: Prioritize yourself! Take time for yourself, treat yourself, and give yourself permission to take time away.
